    An excellent seller. Dealt with wrongly posted item quickly, efficiently and politely. Item returned and new item posted within a matter of a couple of days. Also rapid refund of return postage. All comms exemplary (even after I replied tersely to a message on getting the wrong end of the stick!). The tubes really well packed and the one I have installed works. I can highly recommend this seller. Ticks all the eBay boxes: good price, well packed, prompt despatch, great comms.

    My previous order was out of stock so I reordered another type of bulbs. The seller immediately refunded the first order and sent my second purchase. They arrived well packaged and in good condition. They appear to be good quality and well priced. Recommend seller, thank you.

    I would like to thank seller and delivery service for very good experience. Product is very good, exactly as described plus good value ( photo 1). Most important that product packaging and delivery packaging is very thoughtful, strong and safe. Before to order from this seller I order from different one and I received damaged pack and obviously damaged product, plus bulb by itself had an original paper wrap, basically very bad experience (photo 2). I’m definitely suggesting this seller.

    Saturday - Royal Mail delivered an empty, damaged packet that should have contained my order of 3 locks. Notified the seller who asked for photos and the packers initials shown on invoice. Sunday - Sent photos and required info, and seller informed me that a replacement order would be sent ASAP. Thursday - Replacement order received safe and sound. That is what I call 1st Class customer service! The locks were good too and a perfect fit for a vintage wardrobe. I recommend this seller highly A+
