    The item: a Bogen tripod; seller shipped fast, and when received, I noted that there was a defect, although overall the rest of it looked in excellent condition. Contacted seller who immediately offered a very reasonable solution and explanation, and made things right. Bottom line for me - this is a seller from whom I would not hesitate to do business with again without hesitation. Thank you!!

    Product is great, is exactly as described. Free shipping is nice too. Price is great. No scratches or scuffs that I noticed. Looks good, and works well. Item was shipped fast, however fedex is def. not a great logistics company, but cant really complain since shipping was free. Item took two weeks for fedex to deliver domestically. Would 100% suggest this seller based on my purchasing experience, specifically price and condition of the item and how fast they did ship the item.

    Everything arrived in very good condition! After opening the case, I noticed everything was meticulously cleaned! Absolutely spotless! It seriously looks brand new! Of course there's tiny blemishes on the case, but nothing that I wasn't already aware of at the time of the purchase. I promptly received the tracking number and was delivered in just a few days. Packaging was good and everything arrived safely. Good value and exactly as described! Well done!
