  Laptop arrived in better condition than expected, especailly for the price. It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

  Seller responds very quickly to enquiries, and offers excellent customer service. The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

  This seller tries hard to care (and that matters). Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

  This listing caught my eyes due to the cheap price for a refurbished model. I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.

  There was a problem with this printer most likely during shipping. I contacted their customer service person and I’ve NEVER had such wonderful service from any other company. I was emailed a shipping label as they were sending me a replacement. They could teach how to deal with customers who experience a problem. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who needs any type of printer. Price was within the limits of my budget as well.

  After being shipped the wrong item, the seller was very responsive and quick to correct the issue. They emailed me a shipping label, I shipped the item back and they shipped me the correct one. My item was received as described. I am pleased with the professionalism of the seller. Very positive transaction.
