  Earrings are beautiful! Communication with the seller was top notch. They were quick to respond and answered all my questions promptly. The shipping experience was horrible though but it was no fault of the seller. Sometimes things happen that we can’t control. All in all I will definitely do business with them again.

  This ring exceeded my fiancé and I expectations. I’m in love with this ring. The seller was excellent at communicating and super patient with all my questions. I highly recommend them. We bought my engagement ring and the band from them. The ring is stunning! The packaging was fantastic it came exactly as described, if not better. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Thank you!

  The stones are really nice. A shame that I received a 3 prong martini rather than the 4 prong martini earrings that I actually purchased. Seller responded that GIA ships and fulfills the orders so there was nothing they could do. Kind of a strange response. Kept the earrings but makes me hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  Beautiful ring for a great value that unfortunately never arrived ( FedEx lost package on the way to the EBay hub to authenticate, according to seller) . I made this discovery after 20 days of waiting with no tracking status updates. Seller responded to my inquiry, which, while the lost ring was unfortunate, I greatly appreciated their help. eBay issued a full refund, so that proved eBay really does back their certified guarantee on items! Thank you eBay!

  100% will buy again form this seller. It was a seamless process and an overall great experience. I love my ring. It's exactly as pictured and our jeweler said it was a beautiful ring and met all the same details and then some as the seller indicated. The seller was responsive and answered all my questions.
