  I deeply appreciate how honest the seller was in writing down the laptop's specifications and blemishes. The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!

  The item came exactly as described. The items was EXTREMELY well packed. Bonus points for this. Shipping took 1 day longer than the maximum estimated. This was a small disappointment since it I am only 100 km away. yet it took 8 days to arrive to me. I had asked the seller a question regarding the item (could I swap one part for another). This was never responded to. This was not a big deal, but I would have liked a response.

  Seller provided good communications, excellent packaging, very quick delivery time to Canada. The dell 7020 optiplex was as described, and in good condition. It runs much faster than my previous computer and came with a fresh activated copy of Win 10 pro installed which is working perfectly. Seller was quick to respond to comunications, and offered the computer at a very competitive price. Overall it was a good purchasing experience.

  This is my second purchase and, as before, the experience was excellent. The T460s is as described, just very few aesthetic details that were mentioned in the listing. Nothing unexpected. The product was very clean and perfectly packed. You can't get a better machine for this price. Delivery method: Pickup selected. No issues there, very easy too coordinate and convenient. Thanks.

  I purchased a Lenovo 40AJ docking station from this seller. The condition was exactly as described. I opted for local pickup in Scarborough, Ont. The process was seamless. Contact the seller after ebay purchase and he will provide the location and hours available for pickup. Once you arrive, phone the number provided and someone will bring the product to your car. The location is at a commercial/industrial area on a busy street. Definitely will purchase from this seller again.

  Laptop was like brand new. It was beyond as described and I'm very impressed with the condition, quality and how well it was bubble wrapped up nice and securely.
