Ask the customer for a contact number so the delivery can be arranged with the courier then the item wouldn’t be a week late because the landline phone is blocked to unknown callers. Very few people use the land line phones these days because of the relentless bogus calls. Apart from this hiccup the bed is very good quality and wrapped very well to reduce damage.

Delivery was excellent customer service and quick on delivery. Even when they delivered and i wasn't home. The follow-up service was excellent. Communication with the supplier was quick to reply on all my questions. Thank for your help.
