  There was a a slight hiccup with delivery which was to do with the courier. The communication and rectifying it could not have been better and the person (who gave their name!) corrected the issues immediately and kept me informed. You couldn't ask for more. The packaging was compact but clearly very protective of the computer. Overall - very impressed and I would thoroughly recommend them.

  If you’re on the fence about a purchase from these guys and you’re wondering “should I?” Then yes. Absolutely 100% - I can’t recommend them enough. Great prices great communication (fast and knowledgable) and clear notes on delivery times too (custom mac mini order) - I’m delighted and I can tell you with confidence that you safely buy here.

  I was hesitant at certain points due to the long wait time from purchase to delivery. However, communication was good and all was delivered safely and on time as stated. Just check in the listing when to expect the package to set your expectations (which I did not). Overall, Daniel was responsive and delivered as promised. Thank you !

  I appreciate Deecies’ excellent service and communication, especially from Daniel, who kept me well-informed. My Mac M4 (2TB) arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition. Despite a slight delay from Apple, it was delivered as promised. I’m highly satisfied with the experience and will gladly order again. Thank you for your professionalism. Further more I would gladly recommend this company my computer came brand new and it is fab highly recommend this company

  Deecies initially lacked updates on my delayed iMac, making me question their legitimacy. However, Daniel’s prompt and honest response clarified Apple’s supply issues, easing my concerns. He provided regular updates, confirming my iMac’s UK arrival on February 18th. True to his word, it arrived on February 20th in perfect condition. While delays were frustrating, Deecies’ transparency and professionalism stood out. I highly recommend them for their quality service I would definitely order again
