    I received the Ron Weasley wand in the mail in a reasonable amount of time, however, the display box was damaged. It was not the seller's fault; I assume it was damaged by USPS. I contacted the seller, and they answered my note very quickly. The seller offered to send me a new box with a new wand. I just got the new box and wand today, and they are perfect. I really appreciate this seller, and would recommend them to anyone.

    The product was as expected. The extras were very nice. Box was perfect. The quality was superior for a “prop” one. It was in perfect and new condition. It came quicker than expected. Unboxing was great, it all looked very professional like you were picking it out yourself. Would buy from seller again. 10/10

    *Supremely awesome* seller; the box to my item was damaged in transit and it's supposed to be a gift, the seller immediately shipped out a new box, no questions asked. I am SO very appreciative of this wonderfully kind gesture! THANK YOU!!! Wand is EXCELLENT quality! Very happy!!
