    Fast dispatch, ebay comms, speedy delivery with RM48. The nine pieces all arrived safely in a RM 'apology bag', but the packaging was totally destroyed. The heavy arbor is heavy suggesting it was at fault here plus given the required caring momentum sorting centres apply for processing. Items as described, all new but tumble delivered. Appearance off putting as it was handed over, and you read the claims instructions 1st! Lucky this time perhaps. Messaged an advisory to Seller.
