    Item is exactly as described, works perfectly and was well packaged. Ordered at 12pm on the Monday and received it Wednesday morning, super quick delivery. Had no problems with this seller so it's someone I would buy from again, and would 100% reccomend to others looking for genuine products at a great price without any hassle

    New in the box; and the box was not damaged during shipping/delivery. Good value for money, but the communication about shipping and delivery was very confusing. Asked for, but never received, clarification.

    Item exactly as described and actually fits a Dremel 3000 unlike the brass ones advertised as "fitting dremels" but don't actually fit the 3000! My order took a ridiculously long time to arrive, it wasn't marked as "dispatched" until the 3rd December. I paid on 25th November. I have since had further issues with Ebay tracking, and the seller said the item had been dispatched when I asked directly, so I am choosing to focus on the positives, although the communication could be improved.

    I purchased 2 packs of the Dremel SC413 sanding discs. Having previously ordered items from C.W. Tyzack, I cannot fault the standard of the service they provide. To date, the items I have ordered have always arrived in excellent condition, and I consider their seller communication to be 5-star, along with their dispatch times.

    My item didn't arrive by Royal Mail 48 estimated delivery date. Seller dispatched a replacement as soon as I notified them, and by quicker delivery service - Royal Mail 24. Replacement arrived soon after. It's when things don't go quite to plan that you find out what sorry of a seller you're dealing with. This one provides excellent and swift support when things go awry. Highly recommended seller.
