  The console and controllers came carefully packaged and was in good condition. The console was as advertised and all the items were included. The controllers also came with the console, and after trying them both out, one was found to be defective. After contacting Culsams, it was promptly taken care of. Culsams sent a different controller immediately, and and I'm a very satisfied customer with their products and their service.
