  I'm NOT leaving a negative feedback because I hate to negatively impact someone's business. In reality the item I purchased was never shipped for 3 weeks without any update from the seller. Had to open "item not received" case. Please consider a better customer service. I totally understand being out of stock and forgetting ti update the listing quantity. But this must be communicated to the buyer so he can order their products from another vendor. Thank you

  new part as described. good price. quick shipping, but USPS took two weeks to go from IL to MO. had to do a missing mail search. seller was quick to respond and very helpful.

  received as described - meets my requirements - would buy from this supplier again however it was not packed well as the item rubbed a hole into the packing envelop which was almost big enough to allow the item to fall out in shipment

  Thought I was missing a part and reached out by email on a Sunday. Not thinking of getting a response till Monday, but wanted to get the ball rolling. Was emailed back immediately with someone trying to help. You can't make this up, on a Sunday! What an amazing customer service. Incredible! After being asked to send a picture of the parts I did receive, I found the part I was missing. Totally my fault. I would always be confident in ordering from this company, because they obviously back it!
