    Somewhat hard to find item. Exactly what I was looking for. Item shipped fast and arrived in original, manufacturer's packaging at a fraction of the cost of the local Big Box store or electrical distributor (as in 1/2 the price!) Seller was friendly, responsive and helpful! Definitely worth it and will definitely use this seller again too! Highly recommended!

    Everything thing was ship shape. Brand new. Factory defect on battery, I was immediately credited the cost of a new battery. Beat Amazon by $60, friendly, prompt communication.     I ordered this driver to add some diversity to my 20v Porter Cable tool assemblage, because I trust their quality. It was one I felt I really needed. Package arrived in good time and condition. It’s obviously new. The only hiccup was that the shipped battery was no good. It wouldn’t take a charge. I contacted the seller right away and received a response immediately. Heather made an offer for a partial refund and delivered. Kudos to her and her company. You’ve made this customer very happy.
