  I'm giving the seller five stars across the board. There was a issue with the incorrect item being shipped to me, but what really stood out was the customer service after the fact. I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. I highly recommend the seller.

  Fantastic communication and great service from the seller! The box unfortunately arrived with one side caved in from the shipping company. The Darth Revan helmet was really warped as a result. The seller worked with me and I was able to reshape most of it with a hair dryer. The visor needs to be replaced and the foam stripped so I can completely reshape it. The seller provided a partial refund as compensation which was really nice! I would provide a photo but it's still squished a bit.

  The quality is amazing! It arrived well packaged and in great condition, as new, and is not overly priced. Very fair, exactly as described, and the seller experience is extraordinary :) I will say, postage was a tad expensive. Otherwise, incredible!

  I was sent the wrong pants. When i contact the seller, they apologized and realized the pant's I order ed were out of stock. They refunded me and let me keep the other pants. I will continue to order my Star Trek uniforms from them in the future.

  Very fast shipping - but it is high. When I unpacked it, it was in great condition. The pictures are not accurate for the appearance of the costume, it is not even close to the official star wars brand, but for the price you can not beat it. It is well made. It will be a lot of fun. I would recommend it. But again it is not what is shown in the pictures. Would like the seller to show real pictures and offer a lower/slower shipping plan.
