Was supposed to be shipped from JN, USA so PO Box was used. Shipped from Pakistan and came FedEx. Took nearly a week to resolve with FedEx who has the worst customer service, hands down. Was delivered a week late - of no fault to the seller. Side note: Might consider updating where the items are shipping from to avoid delivery service confusion. Thanks.

The seller agreed to give me a percentage of my money back as I will now have to purchase another fez in the correct color. I never received anything from the seller. SAVE YOURSELF the waste of time and money and purchase your fez from DTURIN just Google the name and the website will appear. They stand by what they sell. The workmanship of the lettering on the fez was very good and just as requested. The only issue was the color of the fez. Seller followed up on the refund issue and corrected it in a professional manner.
