    I won the bid for this Boyds Bear and it was mailed the very next morning. I received the wrong item in the mail a few days later. I contacted the seller. She immediately responded and mailed the correct item immediately. I am very pleased with this seller's response. This very cute Boyds Bear arrived safely in the mail. It was package in a way that it didn’t break during shipping. It is exactly as described. Thank you for selling it to me.

    One of the elephants arrived with a broken ear. I immediately contacted the seller and sent pictures. The communications were respectful and productive. I was issued a refund for the broken item. I kept the intact elephant and it is as described. I have confidence in this seller and would not hesitate to purchase items again. Thank you for such a professional job.
