  This was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. The communication with the seller was outstanding. Item was as described and arrived well packed. The item arrived later than expected, but not at the fault of the seller, who shipped it out very fast. After notifying the seller about the delay the seller immediately contacted USPS and that moved the item along. Thank you again for your assistance.

  I received my product and I am very happy. It came quickly. The packaging was great and arrive just as described. I am happy with the cost of the product. I definitely will shop from this seller again.

  I would not purchase from this seller again. I paid $23 for shipping, and the item was so poorly packaged that the box arrived crushed. (See pictures.) I reached out to the seller, asking only for a refund on the shipping, and the options they gave me were to return the item at my own expense or to contact the post office. The packaging was minimal at best. Very disappointed.

  I was very polite to this buyer when she requested a refund of the shipping cost. I explained that if the contents were damaged she could return it at my expense for a full refund. The item was packaged well as evidenced by the contents not being damaged despite the USPS treatment of it. Damage to the outside of a box, not the contents, is the fault of the USPS. I recommended she take it to here local Post Office which she apparently did not do. See my other feedback please.
