  The magnetic mats are a good thickness and hold tight and do not slip, the print is even and the edges are clean cut. This company is professional and knowledgeable about their products and respond quickly to questions and answer them fully, so the customer knows what to expect and if a custom order, they are a pleasure to work with. The order arrives quickly and is packaged securely and the wrapping around the rolled mats is easy to remove. Their Customer Service is outstanding!!

  If I could give Coloray 20 out of 10 I would. I’m so very pleased with this custom made glass plate with a design I chose . It looks great over the stove under the range hood in my kitchen. I communicated with coloray for 4 months about it and never received any unprofessional or frustrating response. What an excellent customer service!

  The seller sent the incorrect item and failed to correct their mistake. (Failed to send correct item after wrong item sent, or provide a full refund). Ebay expects the buyer to return the sellers wrong item, before Ebay will issue a refund. Therefore, Ebay essentially expects the buyer to correct the seller's mistake before they will somewhat compensate the buyer. Good luck and buyer beware.
