  Everything was perfect with the seller. We had a great communication and the laptop was sent the next day after payment. The laptop arrive with double packaging: the original box form HP and another box from eBay international. The laptop looks like new with zero cosmetic damages, working perfectly and exactly as described. If you have the patience to wait for it to arrive in the EU (about 21 days), this is a great buy since you pay less than in Europe and get better product specifications.

  I ordered the above refurbished 'Certified' by Ebay laptop on July 3rd. It was scheduled for delivery on July 10th but I was pleased when it arrived early on July 7th. It was double boxed to protect it during shipping. The laptop was fully functional on its first power-on. I eventually noticed one of the internal components had a different specification compared to the sales advertisement. Colocomputer responded immediately to my query and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

  Shipping was fast, packaging was almost brand new, product is just as the seller described and it is great value considering how much it really cost buying brand new. I find no fault with the product, I was able to fire it up immediately. It has great battery life. Everything is brand new only I did not receive the case for it but I don't believe the seller listed that it comes with a case. I highly recommend this seller and all his products.

  No words, in one word "PERFECT". Shipping was earlier than expected. Quality, as described. Design, more than expected. Price vs item affordable and very cheap. Packaging was simple, but it came without any issues. Happy to deal with this seller, this was 2nd item from him and it's worth it.
