    Communication was good and the book was dispatched promptly arriving on one of the two days indicated in the estimated delivery (not sure which one). It had rained heavily for some of the time that the book was in our letter box and the paperback book mailing envelope was a little damp so I was worried that the book would be wet. However, the inside of the envelope was lined with a thin film of plastic and so the book was completely dry. Thank you for taking that extra care with the packaging.

    The item arrived well on time, with the padded satchel the magazines were posted in being nicely taped to conform with the shape of the contents, so preventing any unnecessary jogging in transit, and minimising the chance of any damage, such as covers becoming detached. Nothing suffered any damage in transit, and all was perfectly as described. Excellent!

    Quality book from the godfather of science fiction! As described it arrived in very good condition packaging was spot on very secure, notifications kept me in the loop & a very fair seller excellent customer service I will shop here in the future the whole process was smooth and flawless.
