Would have sent product back. But it was a hot water heater. So didn’t have time to send back. I needed my water. Ever who packed the heater is the one that should be reprimanded for packing a bad water heater

I was sold a "new open box" inverter but received one that looked well used. The bolt holes were obviously used before and it was many years old. The seller did offer to accept a return (not that they had any choice) but didn't offer any other consideration (like at least paying for the return or offering a discount). The item did work and I decided to keep it as there aren't many for sale on Ebay.

I messaged the seller and within less than 24 hours got a message/notice they are refunding me. Other than the damage from shippers it's in great shape. I also chatted with them on the phone. They let me keep the item to see if it's salvageable. Awesome seller, will definitely keep them on my favorites for future RV/Camper trailer parts.
