  Arrived quickly and well protected for shipping. However, everything was unboxed and just in a plastic zip seal bag, so I can't confirm if any of the parts are genuine. The shower screen is labelled as IMS, but no way to confirm this as no original packaging was supplied. There is also no way to confirm this was brand new, though it appeared unused. The overall experience was positive and the feedback is both for seller and buyers as it was my experience. Overall satisfied though.

  This is the second time I've purchased these spacers for my EM6910, and they've always worked perfectly. The seller packages them carefully and ships immediately, and it arrived quickly. The pricing with postage is a bit on the higher end (for what it is), but I will definitely buy again. It has saved my machine a few times now.

  Seller was extremely helpful. The seller had a similar pump to what I was after. They said that the exact same one was only a few weeks away. A week later they contacted me as soon as the right one was available and posted it immediately. Thank you very much. I will definitely be using this seller again.

  I only bought from this seller because I needed item urgently and they promised 2 day delivery with expensive delivery charge. Cost me $30 plus $12 delivery from them. I could have bought for around $22 plus free postage but 5 day delivery from other sellers. Instead of coming in 2 days it took almost 2 weeks. When it was days overdue I contacted seller and asked for a refund but was told I had to wait for delivery. Lousy service, won't be buying from them in the future.
