    Our program was established to offer support and training to teenagers who are not academically inclined and have dropped out of school, as they can’t make it in a traditional school type setting. These teens spend their day in a productive manner where they hone their business skills, and through that instill confidence within them for their future lives as independent adults. We currently have teenagers in this program that were previously in a regular school system and dropped out, as well as some with physical disabilities, but are mentally fully functional. 100% of the proceeds will be reinvested in this program, allowing us to accommodate more teens, offer more training, and suitable infrastructure.

    Pleasantly surprised to find item in its original box. It's always a good thing if a collectable comes with the original box no matter what shape the box is in. All things considered this was a good value for something I've been looking for. Communication was good, shipping was quick and boxed appropriately . Item was new and has described. Pleased with this purchase and would buy again from this seller.

    The item arrived on time and in the condition and appearance indicated by the seller. There were some missing attachments but when I communicated this to the seller, they quickly agreed on a partial refund to cover sourcing replacements. I really appreciate sellers that comprehend the value of good customer service. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and encourage other buyers to do the same as not all sellers are willing to "right a wrong"!

    I order this serger and received it quickly. I haven't used it yet and won't be able to for a while because of out-of-town guests. But it was well-packaged, and seems to be in the condition advertised. I'm very satisfied with the seller and the item. It was advertised as a used customer return with all original accessories, and was half the price I've seen it in other places. A very good deal for me.

    Have purchased from them numerous times. The patches are always authentic at a reasonable price. Shipping speed is average and sometimes fast which might be dependent on the postal system at times. When I have had to communicate with the seller, they are always responsive. Will definitely continue to purchase from them.

    Product condition was as described, minus the damage received during shipping. The cable was left plugged in and the items in the box had nothing from preventing from knocking into each other during shipping. The USB-C connector broke off in the port. Purchased a new cable and I think everything appears to be working. Got the item for a good price, received the item quickly, but recommend more care being given to protecting and packing the items.

    Superb seller with integrity who did not hesitate to immediately act expeditiously to resolve an issue of the purchased item sustaining damage while in shipping transit. The item was properly packed, so the seller was not at fault RE: the damage, but they displayed the most valuable trait in a seller, INTEGRITY, in making it right without any delay, denial, or dispute. Things happen, NJ RISING is a seller you can depend on to do the right thing when they do. Will definitely buy from them again
