  Beautiful necklace. Exactly as photo. Arrived very swiftly and well packed. Dealt with seller as wanted to have matching earrings and also got them. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

  Item delivered was as described and delivered super quick. Disappointed no packaging/box for goods or certificate issued stating legitimacy/carat of product but otherwise happy with the earrings and they arrived as described, ahead of time and in good condition

  Took a long time to arrive and I was expecting the Item to be cancelled. Arrived in jiffy envelope and I was concerned not protected enough but Item looked just like picture and description. When tried on looked great in my ears. Now I am aware of how long it can take I shall be looking for a pendant to match.

  Please note we post everything tracked 24 so should arrive next day, we posted this Monday and it arrived Thursday. We have not had any jewellery damaged in 10 years on eBay selling so a padded jiffy is more than suitable.
