  Such a great seller. How he talks to you and helps you identify a problem is second to none. If you have a problem just message him. His way with words and helping is phenomenal. Such a strong and bold personality. Couldn’t thank him enough for our inspirational message and helping me with a problem eBay said was correct and wasn’t. Make sure you read the description first though!! Ebay suggested parts can be wrong.

  I was a little hesitant due to variety of items seller has for sale and uncertainty behind functionality of the product but I couldn’t be happier. Appeared to be factory sealed and after installing it fired right up and prompted to enter a service tag as I would expect from a factory refurbished part. It appeared brand new. Great price and shipping was CRAZY fast and well packed too. Highly recommend this seller!! A+ transaction, thank you!

  I chose this item/vendor as his ratings were good, & his listing clearly stated that he wants happy customers & will work with you. When I received it, I discovered that the kayak was considerably older than assumed. While the listing did not specify a date, it was on paperwork HIDDEN in one of the pics so the seller WAS AWARE. When I expressed my concerns, I did not get customer service. I got personal attacks of the rudest sort. I got called names and insulted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER !!!!

  The buyer initially messaged asking for a return or "drastic" price reduction. He said the kayak was an older model, which it may be. I provided documentation from manufacturer that said if stored properly the kayak still had more than ample life with no safety issues. He changed his tune to "This kayak will be used by my wife and kids. I do not take chances with my family's health and safety." However he was still ok with a discount and keeping the item. I dont cave to manipulation, no.
