  Arrived well packed and just as described - but without CD which should have been inside the outer cover. It was obviously an oversight by seller. I contacted seller who immediately gave me full refund - within 2 minutes of my email! - and told me to keep the book. This is exceptional service and went above and beyond what is expected. Thank You so much 👍

  Ordered the book on Wednesday and received emails confirming order and also when it was dispatched. No tracking information was provided. Book arrived in the post Friday lunchtime which was within the estimated time. Packaged in a plastic envelope which was fine. An observation was that the packet had "awesomebooks.com" all over it which was surprising as I had puchased from Chiron media store! The book was as described in listing and it was reasonably priced. Would buy from them again.

  There was a postage problem as item arrived days after last date. I asked where my package was and a refund was issued. I received the book eventually and asked to pay for it but the seller kindly said keep the book as a gesture of goodwill as it was so late arriving. Very kind of them. The book arrived well packed and in a good condition as stated.

  My book arrived on time and well packed. At first glance, it looked in very good condition but on closer inspection I found some of the text underlined in ink. I emailed the seller that evening and first thing the following morning, I received a reply apologising and letting me know that they had arranged for a full refund. I think that this was a genuine mistake and the seller put it right straight away, I would be happy to buy from them again.
