  I PURCHASED THIS PLATE AND HAD IT SENT TO MY DAUGHTER AT ANOTHER LOCATION. SHE RATED THE DELIVERY AND PACKAGING AT 5 STAR! I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND GREAT COMMUNICATION. WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

  The quality of the plates was excellent and looked just as described. They arrived in perfect condition. However the outside box wasn’t firmly held by the eBay tape- packing tape would be better . Also packing peanuts are terrible for the environment; crumpled newspaper would be just as easy. But I felt that the price was very reasonable and I would buy from this seller again. They were especially helpful when I made a mistake on my first order and had to cancel it (thank you!).

  Perfection! I owned this salad bowl 15 years ago and sold it just before a move as it is big, breakable, and I was a single mom with a kid who didn't eat salad. I missed it almost immediately. This item arrived so well packed it could have been wrapped by NASA for space flight! Utterly delighted, I am. Thank you for such a delightful transaction! Excellent value, top-notch shipping and condition, just as described.

  Unfortunately, this item arrived damaged which was apparent when rattles were heard inside the box upon picking up after delivery. The China Depot refunded all the costs due to this item being damaged beyond repair. Photographs were submitted to document the broken platter. The timely refund was a huge POSITIVE for this company!

  Item shipped quickly. Items could have used more packaging because one bowl broke. Seller was very responsive and issued a refund within minutes after I sent pictures showing broken bowl. I would definitely buy from them again. These were hard to find replacements, the price was super reasonable.
