  Was sent the wrong item, told it was a computing issue and that the item I want was never in stock. They refunded me right away and then sent me a shipping label that I had to get printed myself and then I got charged for the label. So I'm out a few bucks for their mistake with absolutely nothing for my trouble. I can't help being a little miffed.

  Item came with abnormal odor. I kindly asked how to wash it. Just one simple question. No refund needed. And… reply from the seller was like “this is new item. Shouldn’t be bad smell” that’s it. Okay I got that. I didn’t say it was used one. It’s just a bad smell. IDC it’s used one or new one . I take it & keep it. Just want to know how to wash it. And …reply is like”hang it let it air outside” wow… wow… unbelievable. one of the worst customer service and still don’t know how to wash this.
