Chapter 1 trades out of four premises that are all in the Johannesburg area. Our emphasis is providing quality books at highly competitive prices. A large (and continuously growing) selection of our books are listed on various websites on the internet.

We post on a daily basis to all parts of the world. All our books are parcelled in tissue paper, bubble wrap, card board and strong brown paper. If the book has a dust jacket it is provided with a protective cellophane sleeve. We supply a tracking number on every parcel that we post.

Our main shop is located at 67 Grant avenue, Norwood in Johannesburg.

    Excellent condition for its age (better than the picture)! Very good pricing. Delivery time was amazing- 3 days through Fed Express. I was worried Fed Express package would not prevent book from getting wet today, but I was wrong. Very, very well packaged. Inside the envelope it was in a cardboard container and inside that it was wrapped in plastic. Book is perfect. Very happy and would not hesitate to buy from her again.

    Item arrived promptly after order, esp considering international shipping. Seller used FedEx, which came through. Very well packaged; in fact, beautifully wrapped and carefully boxed inside the FedEx envelope. True care shown here. And the item arrived in excellent shape.
