  The price was so good I was afraid the figure would be a bootleg (it wasn't). She was exactly as described and the box was sealed. The figure also arrived very quickly and was safely packaged so neither the figure or the box was damaged :) The seller was also very kind and provided information about when the figure would be shipped and the estimated time of arrival. There was also a very sweet note from the seller in the package :) I would really recommend this seller!

  The items were dispatched quite quickly, but were delivered after more than a month. However this isn't the seller's fault, obviously. The items were new as by pictures and description and they were delivered safely inside a box with a good amount of packaging materials inside.   This has to be the most thoughtful awesome seller I've ever purchased anything from. Absolutely fantastic communication, everything arrived on time, very well packaged, the plushie was in mint condition, with tags, great value (even with shipping internationally) looks like new, the seller even enclosed a personal note and a complimentary green tea pouch. I seriously cannot express how wonderful of a transaction this was. A+++, would recommend!

  Elsa, Anna et Olaf sont bien arrivés! Les articles sont en tout point conformes à l'annonce, et ont été empaquetés avec soin, avec en plus un petit cadeau! Je les ai reçus en deux semaines, et les figurines sont très belles. Ce fut un plaisir vraiment, merci pour tout!
