I work from a small studio and a larger rural workshop and would be very happy to help you find that special item or make up custom orders. Translation:The perfect item but I had to pay customs fees. This was not planned. I'm really sorry to hear this - It was sent with Royal Mail tracked service & custom forms filled out with Ebay details correct. Brexit - ugh. This would have been sales tax I think, please always message me before leaving feedback - there is nothing I can do about this type of issue. If you are in the EU, please please please make sure you know your country import details.
