  This pre-owned item was in great quality. The seller, however, was not. A shipping label was printed so the item could be marked as shipped, but then the seller sat on the item for a week before getting it to the post. They also did not respond to my message or communicate with me at all. This was the first ebay experience I had in which I honestly thought I wasn't going to receive the item until it thankfully showed up, very delayed.

  Already tried to contact. Twice. No response. I ordered two 3-packs of patons cha cha in color siren. Got one pack of siren but the other pack was colors soul and bunny hop. False advertising. AND they say they want to help if anything’s wrong! Didn’t do it. This seller had high ratings and here for long time. I’m surprised and disappointed.
