  Shipping was fast and great communication. Only downside is return shipping. I tried to cancel item before they shipped but it was too late already mailed. They stated how to return but for the price I paid, I will just end up keeping incase needed down the road. I have not tested product since part was not needed, but came new in box so if it works yes I would highly recommend this seller!

  Difficult to find part at a great price. Unfortunately, my item arrived broken. Contacted customer support, they promptly sent out a replacement with no hassle. The replacement part also arrived broken. Contacted customer support again, and they issued a refund quickly. In the end, I had to purchase a part from the dealership, but the sellers customer support was excellent and easy to work with, no hassles. I would definitely buy from this seller again. FedEx may have handled packages roughly.

  The item arrived ahead of time . The box was crushed in a little bit but that was probably due to shipping . The item was exactly as described . It was not damaged in any way . The quality of the product was good. Condition was new , the value was good and the overall appearance was good. This is a good seller to purchase from . Thank you for your product and communication.

  I ordered a fender. They delivered it to me bent. The dealer put the fender in a big box without safety packaging. Doesn't respond to messages. I don't recommend buying from this seller.

  Seller is very responsive. Unfortunately the bumper cover was packaged such a way from the manufacturer- I don't mean the way it was put in the box and shipped by the seller, that was fine, again, nothing the seller did- but the manufacturer for some reason bent this bumper cover into three pieces, carefully wrapped it in nice foam film, and again in another layer of plastic, then taped it down. The end result was the bumper cover was distorted and unuseable. Seller made it right though.
