Welcome to Carolina Clothes Closet where you can shop for name brand clothes, shoes & accessories at a fraction of store prices. I have been selling on eBay since 1999 when I was a stay at home mom with my little ones. This was a way I found to keep our closets from busting at the seams and keep myself and my family organized. Now my family has grown and I am retired from teaching 30 years whew!
Now some of the kids are married, some still in school and I am in charge of organizing everyone’s homes and closets for them while shopping for bargains to help their budgets. How could this be that the seller could sell an item that was damaged defective and not as described and have no repercussions. These pants were new without tag and all measurements and new condition were provided in detailed photos. After the request was closed by eBay I continued to receive messages from you stating the waistband was stretched out and you wanted your money back. I am happy to work with my buyers for legitimate problems. If these elastic waist pants got stretched out that must have occurred when you tried them on as they were perfect.
