  I want to thank caraquip for the help and assistance given to me by making the correct selection for the spare part I needed. They responded within an hour to my query and pointed to the part I needed. The part was delivered exactly on the date they advised on the third day. Quality was new really well packed with fragile labels so I received in excellent condition and the value was very comparable with the advantage it was in stock really pleased

  I've purchased from this seller a few times and always had a positive experience. This time the courier let us down with delivery but everything was resolved quickly. My messages were replied to promptly and the seller sorted everything out for me in a timely fashion. I will happily use them again. Good customer service!! Good item too!

  Item was exactly as advertised, I was amazed that it arrived here today less than 2 weeks from order all the way from the UK, We couldn't purchase the item in Australia, service and customer communication via emails was amazing, even when they didn't have the exact answer ideas were offered for me to find out where I could get my answers.

  Ordered 18 rolls only 12 rolls delivered. Package looked like it had done 10 rounds with Frank Bruno. Contacted seller and was asked to return them for a full refund. Packing was non existent (just a bit of tape wrapped around the loo rolls) package damaged, torn and product damaged. I left positive feedback as seller sent return postage label instantly so issue resolved in terms of accepting the product back and admitting that not all of the order was sent out.

  Not very impressed with the courier (evri) apparently the package was damaged so not delivered, sent back to sender then I got tracking, said it had been delivered to me but it had taken a week to get back to the sender so in the end it came by post. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
