  This seller was great. I purchased the item and it was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery though. I contacted the seller. Who advised me what action to take, and they would take it up with the courier. The product arrived the following day. I would not hesitate to use this seller again. First class service. 5 star Ebayer.

  Original delivery date was missed due to the carrier - Evri - loosing the package after collecting. Contacted the shipper who agreed to dispatch another box but this time by Royal Mail but 2 days later received an email from Evri confirming the original package had been collected and was delivered the following day. Communication with the supplier was excellent as is the weatherproof box. There is a seal all around which prevents water ingress. Very tight to open and supplied with a lock.

  The item arraived quickly, the quality and packing was good. Unfortunately, the element was not compatible with the heater I have so had to return it. The seller was excellent in the communication of the return, no quibbles at all. I would rate the seller very highly.

  Ordered First one and the courier company threw it over my fence as i wasn't home and broke it - contacted seller and with zero complaints they resolved it and i received a full refund - ordered another one which arrived today fully protected and wrapped in bubble rap just in case - it arrived safe and sound. very happy with this seller would recommend you buy from them. thank you.

  Very pleased with item and communication from seller. Extremely disappointed with the delivery firm yet again Hermes/Everi, late as usual and although the parcel was clearly marked fragile, he through it over our 6” gate without knowing what was on the other side, moron!
