    The item arrived earlier than expected. It looked exactly like the picture. It arrived in Alaska from India in good repair. I was in contact with the shipper regarding the tracking. This is out of the shipper's control, but once the item reached the USA, the only tracking info stated that the item was in route to its delivery system's destination. It arrived today...I'm happy with the product and the shipper's willingness to look in to the location and delivery date of this item. Thank you.

    The port holes came as advertised. I did not expect the glass to make the trip but one of two did. The shipping took awhile but I wasn't in a hurry. All things considered I am satisfied with the product.

    The item arrived. Handle loose. Couldn’t see how it was affixed- whether screwed or pushed/glued and didn’t want to risk breaking item. Contacted seller. They’re in India. They refused to discuss affixing method. Offered to send another handle but still wouldn’t explain how it was affixed. They kept asking for photos but I could only show on video. Got fed up asking the same question with getting irrelevant answers. Timewasters not interested in having satisfied customers. AVOID THIS SELLER.
