  This is an excellent seller to deal with. Top notch communication, they double checked that I was aware that it was a pre-order and that would delay the shipping until the product was manufactured. When it came time to ship the item to me they messaged me with the tracking info then followed up with that one more time! Great customer service! Item arrived today in brand new condition and was packaged appropriately. A+ seller!

  My Bottleman were shipped but when I got them the box was smash and alot of the Bottleman box's was crushed because of USPS. When I contacted the seller they automatically wanted to straighten things out. They were very helpful & empathetic. So they sent me replacement for my two Bottleman that I was trying keep sealed for collectible & displaying. I just got it today and the seller even gave me two extra Bottleman for the inconvenience. Thank you 😄!

  Great price, good packaging for shipping, and looks as described in the photos. Brand new! New old stock? Shipping was a bit odd, as it got stuck on "preparing to ship" in Hong Kong, but it showed up in 9 days. Surprise! Still a reasonable shipping speed despite lack of tracking. All good, though. Thank you!

  I haven’t installed this unit yet, however; I had some questions before purchasing the unit and the seller was very responsive and answered my questions promptly! The unit was then ordered and actually received faster than the estimated arrival time.
