  I highly recommend this seller. I was notified that my item had been delivered but not to my address. The tracking number showed this. Even though the pkg was addressed to me it stated it was delivered to another state. The seller promptly refunded me the money but then the item showed up and even though I offered to make it right the seller told me to just keep the item. The seller promptly responded to all my communication!

  Original packaging even though item was listed as used. Item was in great condition. Shipping was quick, got here in a few days. Item was as described in listing, maybe even better. Great value, would recommend this seller or use in the future.

  Top quality customer service. Seller was very helpful and even left a message with item, reaching out and letting me know to contact them if I needed anything or if I have any issues. Excellent communication. The controller looks brand new and buttons are nice and springy and not mushy at all for a pre-owned controller. This is an excellent restoration job and it works perfectly. Item was packaged well. I highly recommend this seller and would consider purchasing a second controller. A+++

  Suprisingly fast shipping, packaging could've been slightly better (box > thin package) but arrived as described and pictured at a pretty decent value, thanks a hundred.

  I'm glad it arrived ok, but let's be reasonable. U paid $8.05 shipped for a plastic truck toy. Shipping + ebay fees, I am making a little over $1.50 profit. I could of shipped it in a box, but that cost more money & adds weight. I ship cheaper items like this, because that's how I keep cost low. I have shipped thousands of similar items this for years & rarely have issues. Shipping in a box for this type of item is not worth the money. If anything goes wrong, I take care of it. It's risk vs cost
