  Am immensely impressed with this seller. Order received in excellent condition and less than two days between placing my order and receiving the item. Now that is what I call excellent service. Book in better condition than most new books sold at my local Waterstones and very reasonably priced. In fact, I’d go as far as to say excellent value for money. I can’t recommend this seller highly enough. Superb customer service. Brilliant. Great packaging and even better than described.

  Excellent service: ordered late on Sunday, good tracking, delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday. The book was well wrapped , correct description of condition (good). Low price.

  I ordered 2 copies and the first arrived very quickly and as described. The invoice stated that the second was being sent separately. I tried tracking but it only referred to the first book. After over a week I contacted them and received an e-mail telling me they didn't have any copies and would refund me. So I've had to access another copy from elsewhere for my son.

  The book was as described and arrived quickly with no problems. It was in a plastic bag and I would have preferred a bit more protection, but luckily it was not damaged. As it cost so little, I'm not complaining. Great e-bayer; thank you! A+

  I have rated this as a positive experience due to the way the seller handled the issue of the book never arriving, and tracking never updating. They replied within the hour to my message, were courteous and efficient. They offered apologies and instantly arranged a refund. Very happy with how this was handled, it can happen that stuff doesn’t make it through the postal system and how it’s handled by seller makes a difference. I would have no hesitation buying from them again.

  Initial activity book received already had some questions completed - which shouldn't have been the case based on their own description of the item as very good. I wasn't going to return it or ask for replacement, but did point out to seller for their QC process in the future. They immediately sent out a clean replacement, which was gratefully received although not requested - very fair.
