    seller was very helpful...showed a pic of item and got my ok before shipping. Ordered for a blonde but accepted the one pictured (med reddish brunette) . He is cute. Left leg was flattened, and right leg was half-way off when I received him. I dont know if packing or shipping issue. Not a problem anyway as I was planning on disassembling to stuff and weight limbs/body anyway. Shipping was toward the sooner end of stated shipping window. **First picture is the one sent to me by the seller to ok.

    Such a cute little doll! Everything was as described and shown on Seller’s pictures in the listing. The doll also came with some freebie accessories (in the second photo) which was much appreciated! Secure and adorable gift box packaging. The shipping took slightly longer than I had expected but, once shipped, the delivery was fast. Overall, very happy with my purchase and thinking about getting other dolls as well - just need to decide which ones! Thank you!

    This doll is exquisite! She is perfect. She shipped fast and packaged well. The quality of the doll is magnificent and well worth the price. And the wait. This seller and patient and kind. We went through a long journey together and they walked me through every step with no complaints. I have other dolls coming from this seller and I’m sure they will be just as in great of condition as this one was!!!!

    I had an unusual experience in buying a BJD from this seller, but even though it was unusual, this seller was a true professional, responded promptly to all my emails and worked with me to resolve the issue I encountered. Ultimately I returned the doll but I will be shopping with this seller again - based on their customer service and professionalism alone!
