    Always well packed with bubble wrap and a cardboard outer to limit damage in transit, unlike other companies who don't use any padding for their books and they often arrive damaged). This is primarily why I always use Bookmail on eBay. Good price as well. Recommended seller.

    My order was posted promptly but unfortunately the first book was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller with photos notifying them of the condition I received the book in and arranged to return the book free of charge and have another posted out with extra packaging. Customer service has been absolutely incredible, thanks so much!

    Great value book in new condition as described. Unfortunately both this book and another ordered in the same package suffered damage to a corner whilst in transit. Both books were packed tightly but didn't seem to have much protection on the corners. I have bought from this seller before without problem and have since placed another order.
