  Amazing seller, excellent communication, fast shipping. Very helpful seller!!! I was sitting on a $2500 Michelle watch that I thought I would never be able to wear again. Bought the watch about 10 years ago, they stopped making parts for it and unable to get a replacement band from Michelle’s for it either. reached out to the seller at the time he did not have a part, but he kept me in mind and at about a month and a half later I was able to get the part I needed. Amazing seller 🙏🙏

  I'm so extremely happy with this purchase. It was a niche gift for a co-worker. I had a lot of questions and concerns but this seller was transparent, friendly and overall great. The watch came quickly and nicely packaged. It looks exactly as described and at quite a deal. I couldn't be more happy with this. I definitely recommend this seller!

  I had an excellent experience with this purchase. The watch movement I received was exactly as described, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It was packaged with great care and attention to detail — you can really tell they value their products and their customers. On top of that, the delivery was incredibly fast. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely order from them again. Highly recommended!

  the seller is more than cooperative. I ordered the wrong piece and placed a return. the seller immediately contacted me and we figured out the correct piece I needed. I sent the piece back and the seller sent me the replacement. how do I cancel the return so that the seller receives payment as it was a one for one swap?

  Wow, not enough nice things to say about this seller. I ordered the wrong link, completely my fault. I asked about it a day AFTER I placed my order, as I was going to order additional links. They got back to me immediately, even though it was later in the evening, and advised once received I could return for refund (item was already shipped). They advised me of the link I did need, based on type of watch, and even gave a couple of recommendations where I might find them. Thank you so much!
