    Everything about getting this watch was amazing. To begin with i ordered the watch and the seller contacted me immediately to confirm the watch i bought was the correct watch. Once i confirmed that it was the correct watch it was shipped out with in 3 days of my confirmation. The only thing that took long was customs. The watch was packaged amazingly with plenty of bubble wrap and other protective items i would strongly recommend buying a watch from this seller.

    The buying process is easy and the shipping is was fast! The communication is good, but could be better. A quicker response of the questions would be nice. But overall it was good. The watch itself, came well packed with fedex. The tracking was excellent. The watch was pretty nice, but on the smaller side. Returning was free, but the process to get your QR-Code, could be quicker as well. But overall very good experience and i definitely recommend the seller!

    Absolutely incredible how well packaged the watch bracelet was. Brand new in the box as described, wrapped in fit bubble wrap, then packing paper, then in more bubble wrap, in what looks like a bombproof, waterproof box. I could not be happier with this purchase, or the excellent service this seller provided. Thanks!

    Overall the buyers is great with communication and is a legit seller. Will definitely recommend them. I will def come back to purchase new watches from them in the future. Item was secured with extra padding for protecting during the transportation. Worth every penny.

    The seller is trustworthy, careful, and communicative. Shipping was quick, no issue with customs. The watch is beautiful; it arrived fully charged and has remained fully charged. As advertised, it updates every night via atomic clock (I'm in California, so I assume it updates from Fort Collins). Great transaction. Great seller. Great product.

    This store provided prompt service with accurate information updates every step of the way. The watch arrived complete with all original undamaged packaging and a nice letter and origami crane from the store were included! I'd definitely recommend purchasing from them🙌🏾
