I'm so tired of ordering a book online, only to have it arrive bouncing around in a box or bent and banged up in bag. This was packaged and shipped with respect! The book was wrapped in paper, then sealed in a plastic bag, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then centered in an appropriately-sized box and padded with paper! Color me impressed! Used book, was exactly as described and delivered as promised. I'd definitely do business with them again!
