    Ordered these gloves for work ,and on arrival, the parcel was light by 2 pairs. Contacted the seller , who apologised sincerely, and forwarded the missing items without fuss and extremely prompt. Although not off to a good start....the seller redeemed themselves....resulting in , i would be confident in using this seller again 100%. A++ on final outcome.

    Unfortunately they sent the wrong size tape initially, but they did not hesitate to resend the correct order when told of the mistake. They also refunded the return postage to send back the incorrect order. Mistakes happen, its human nature. How you deal with mistakes seperates a good business from a bad one. Blue Ace Trading Ltd did it well, and should be commended.

    Item as described and a good price, dispatched on time but unfortunately took a week to arrive. Royal Mail at fault as usual.

    Had an initial issue with product no longer available from their supplier, but they found a new supplier for me and shipped the product only a day later. They went beyond the norm to source a new supplier and kept me informed all the time. Thank you very much for your efforts will defiantly use again in the future
