  Good negotiation, product as described and arrived on the date stated. The only thing I didn’t like was although item was well wrapped in bubble wrap, it was in a soft package rather than a small hard shell case or box of some sort. It was a watch and when it arrived. It looked like it had been stepped on or run over by something many bubbles were popped (Watch was fine) it shipped from another country so I suggest better packaging.

  The seller did everything possible to resolve the issue and I received my refund without any problems. He quickly sent me a prepaid shipping label, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. He was respectful, professional, and eager to work with me if I decided to purchase another item. Great customer service overall.
