  The item arrived in very good condition and shipped super fast! I originally purchased just the ruffler attachment, but since it was out of stock, the seller generously sent me the entire Home Dec Kit instead which was such a thoughtful surprise.   Shipped relatively fast but with minimal packaging. Thankfully no damage, but if I ordered something fragile I'd be worried. I want to rate it between positive and neutral, but it wasn't bad enough to be neutral. I think future buyers will appreciate more safe packaging. Item seems new like description says. Thanks.
