    The overall experience with this seller has been great. The shipping was very fast, the packaging was done very well, the item was exactly as described, and the price was very competitive. The item I purchased actually ended up being defective, which was no fault at all of the seller, it has a manufacturing error.     I knowingly purchased a non working product. Clear description and photo of issue allowed me to repair it and save a bunch of money. Seller was also took my offer without any back and forth. Product also came one day earlier than expected. Great seller!

    That's a complete lie and you know it. I offered a replacement and asked if you could ship the other one back if I included a shipping label with the other one I was going to send for free. You said you'd just rather have your money back you could not even show proof a damaged item to begin with. I don't make the rules I just follow them. I was going to ship you a replacement but you said you would just start a return instead. I'm sorry things worked out this way. This is not my intensions
