    A+++EBay seller! Awesome customer service, items just as listed. Shipping was fast and arrived on time. Items a well packed and securely wrapped . When I had a question about the item seller gave fast, honest response. Item was a real value even though listed as “parts only” upon arrival everything tested in working condition. Looking forward to doing more business with this seller!

    Shipped very promptly via USPS. Reasonable combined shipping charges for the package size and weight. All items were packed quite well and are just as described and pictured in their listings - no surprises here! Good eBay seller, good communications.     Communication with the seller was always good. Unfortunately, the packaging and shipping were poor. Being local, it seemed expensive, and the package arrived in almost 10 days because of USPS. The package arrived slightly damaged but protected, with only minor damage inside due to the seller packaging, which disappointed me a little. The seller offered me a solution, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to send it back.

    My experience is kind of a letdown as this listing didn’t indicate any signs of damage done to the Steelbook but my item arrived with over 6 dents. The item was packaged well which leads me to believe the damage was done before being packaged but the disc did have marks on the back which would have me classify this listing more as ‘Very Good’ and not ‘Like New’. Honestly it’s ok as the pricing was fair but I wouldn’t say I had a good experience here. Also, no Protective Sleeve, only shrink wrap.
